Notice I didn't say every part of your marketing, but every part of your business!  If customer service isn't following through, you're going to have horrible reviews, and there's nothing social can do to fix that.  If your sales staff doesn't follow up on leads, no amount of social will fix that.  If your website is horrible, social can't fix that.
